This 60 minute TRX class is straight forward TRX workout focusing on TRX positions, duration and endurance as well as balance & strength. This class is open to all levels and no prior experience is necessary!
Full body strength & resistance work using basic movements to tighten & tone. Light weights, resistance bands & muscle!
A 60 min. high-intensity, circuit training workout: 3 stations w/ 3 exercises at each. Station #1 is TRX focusing on strengthening the entire body.
Station #2 is boxing & includes contact with focus mitts, heavy bag & the double ended bag. The 3rd station is the metabolic station. The last ten minutes of the class is TRX core conditioning. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
This "boot camp" style conditioning program incorporates all the components of fitness in a fun, non-competitive, group setting. Many training tools including: TRX, power wheel, bosu ball, plyometric
boxes, and agility ladders are implemented into this workout to ensure maximum results! When done at a high level of intensity, this class will put you on the fast track to optimal full body conditioning!
This is a 60 minute class that combines high energy/high cardio with strength and conditioning.

BBC: Strength training using weights, medicine balls or bands with cardio interval blasts!! Performed in circuits or group format depending on instructor/class size. Concluding with a strong segment of core abdominal work, stretching & cool down.
This class is meant to test your limits. Each participant will go through 8 stations using a punching bag, heavy ropes, TRX straps, bosu balls, light weights, resistance bands and medicine balls. You will go through each station for 1 minute, then1.5 minutes and then you will challenge yourself and get through each station for 2 full minutes!
This class focuses on ab work with a lengthy stretch at the end of class
Interval training using heavy bag, resistance bands and light weights. Intervals with the heavy bags combined with intervals of squats, lunges, abs and other upper & lower body work.
WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN IN CLASS FOR 45 MINUTES SO YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF STAYING FOR LEAVING!
This 90 minute outdoor bootcamp is meant for those looking to take their workout to the next level and really CHALLENGE themselves. Rain or Shine, this bootcamp is being held at the Legion Hall Field right down the road from the studio. CALL THE STUDIO FOR DETAILS!
This class is designed for those that are new to TRX Training and those that want to stick with the basic fundamentals of TRX. We consider this our LEVEL 1 TRX Training.
