CYCLE

No better way to start your day than with a 45 minute class on one of our 44 RealRyder Indoor Cycling bikes.

PILATES

Pilates is a form of strengthening and stretching the whole body! This class uses specifically designed floor exercises to promote uniform development of the body. Pilates focuses on the core muscles first, specifically stomach, glutes and back, in a sense, working the muscles from the inside out. This achieves and maintains a balanced aligned body. Equipment, such as the stability and medicine balls will be used at times. All levels are welcome.

Power Core Yoga

Find your inner strength with this Power Core Yoga Class with Nadia

BBC (Body Blast & Core)

BBC: Strength training using weights, medicine balls or bands with cardio interval blasts!! Performed in circuits or group format depending on instructor/class size. Concluding with a strong segment of core abdominal work, stretching & cool down.

ABS & STRETCH

ABS & STRETCH This class has been specifically developed to combat the tremendous stress professional and amateur athletes place on their bodies. Cross training is necessary for athletes who do the same sport or exercise routine year-round. Adding new exercises can help reduce injury, relieve training boredom, add variety and help recover from hard aerobic or strength workouts.

POWER SCULPT

A combination of strength and conditioning as well as Power Poses and Body Blast. A little bit of everything you need to feel great all day long!!

FREE INTRO TO CYCLE

This class is designed for people who have never been to a spin class or for those who haven't been to a spin class in a very long time or for those are just aren't ready to come to a regularly scheduled class for whatever the reason might be!

TAKE IT TO THE MAT

An innovative sculpting class that will leave you looking and feeling strong, stretched and lean! Unveil body lines and muscles you' thought you would never find.

FREE RIDE

This free class is open to anyone that would like to come check out the up and coming instructors at B East. This is their chance to practice with a group of riders and your chance to have some fun for free!

TEEN CYCLE

This is a 45 minute cycle class for teens only! FUN!

ADVANCED CYCLE

60 Minute Training Session. Not for the beginners!!

FIESTA CYCLE

This cycle class taught in Spanish with fun Spanish/Latin music! Of course, as with all of our classes, everyone is welcome to ride! Esta clase esto dirigida en espanol con musica en espanol. Todo el mundo es vienvenido!

INTRO TO TRX

This is a 45 minute intro class for those that have very little to NO EXPERIENCE with TRX Training. In this class, you will learn what you need to know to move on to the DROP IN CLASS. It is recommended that you take one or two of the INTRO TRX classes before signing up for a 60 minute DROP IN class.

TRX

This is a 60 minute intermediate TRX class designed for those that have some familiarity with TRX training. If you sign up for this class, it is assumed that you know how to adjust your bands and know how to do the most basic TRX exercises.

(IDC)TRX w/PUNCHING BAGS!

You can sign up for this class using your Intermediate Drop In Package (IDC). This intense circuit training class uses TRX bands combined with a punching bag for an amazing 1,000 calorie burning, metabolic workout.

TRX ADVANCED SESSION

This is an advanced TRX Session that is not available for DROP IN however, on occasion there is an opening. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted to participate when there is room in this class.

BC RUN & CORE

After your 45 min. cycle class, you are putting on your sneakers and we are running (or jogging) 1.5 to 2 miles before we do core and stretch back here at the studio!
