How do RealRyder® bike classes differ from conventional indoor cycling classes?

Until now the dynamics of an indoor cycling class have been limited to pedal faster or pedal slower.  The RealRyder® ABF8 indoor cycling bike adds a whole new range of motion to indoor cycling that keeps the mind and body more engaged.  To achieve this the RealRyder® uses CoreBalance technology in a unique, articulating frame to enable the user to ride fluidly in three dimensions, tilting and turning much like you would when riding road bike. The result is a 5 in 1 work out that engages the legs, the cardio vascualar system, balance, the upper body and core muscle muscle groups.
 

Do series have expiration dates?

All series have a one year expiration date unless expressly stated.  At our discretion, we may  consider extending individuals series for a maximum period of 6 months past the initial expiry date depending upon the individual circumstances of the account.

Can I cancel a class?

Cancellations can be made thru your online account or by calling the office up to 24 hours before a class.  We do not gaurantee cancellations emailed into the studio.  Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the class will be charged.
