terms and conditions

All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with B East, LLC's (B East) terms and conditions as expressed below. B East's terms and conditions ensure that all customers and clients that use our facilities and services do so with due regard to their rights and the rights of others, and in conformity with the requirements of B East's procedures, rules, regulations, requirements, terms and conditions.  Please be aware that B East reserves the right to alter, change and modify its terms at any time, without prior written written notice.

payment types

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Check.

reservations

In order to place a reservation, you must first own a series.

To buy a series, you can either signup for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click LOGIN, to buy a series and make your reservation.

Standard series enable you to reserve a bike(class) up to 1 week in advance (Tuesday thru the following Tuesday).  Premier Series holders may reserve classes up to 1 month in advance.
 

cancellations

To receive a class credit on a cancelled registration, you must cancel your class 24 hours prior to the classes start time.  Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the class will be charged the normal class fee.

Special event registrations can be cancelled, but unlike normal cancelations you will not be recieve a credit to take another class or special event once cancelled.
 

return policy

Series Returns - All series sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a series.  If you choose not to continue your B East Training series you are not eligible for a refund.  We have multiple package opportunities, if you feel you will not be able to complete a package, you may want to choose one of the smaller packages.
 
Merchandise Returns - All merchandise sales are final, refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault.  No refunds for cash.

EastFit.com is the online home of B East, LLC.  B East, LLC is aware of the privacy issues and concerns facing online participants.  We make our privacy policy available so visitors to our site may feel free to provide personal information, knowing this information will not be misused.

What personal information is collected?
B East, LLC has the capability of collecting various bits of information from you without your active participation. Such information might include: IP address, browser type/version and computer platform. Your browser automatically submits this information in order to correctly fulfill page requests. No other information will be obtained from you without your consent.

Why we collect your personal information?
In addition to the required information described above, we may ask you to voluntarily submit some personal information. B East, LLC may do this for a variety of reasons, though in most cases this information will be used to directly contact you at your request.

Disclosure of personal information
B East, LLC will maintain all information submitted for its original intent. We will not share your personal information with another third-party without your expressed consent. All voluntarily submitted information may be maintained in our database. In all other cases, personal information is not kept in any form of a record (except for legally required information such as IP address, browser and operating system platform.) At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest. B East, LLC reserves the right to determine what cases warrant public interests.

B East, LLC safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet: change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers and make sure you use a secure browser.

Access to your personal information
You have access to the personal information you voluntarily submitted. All requests for such information are contingent on the willingness and ability to provide automatically collected information to us. We also may require all requests to be made in writing and only after we receive proof of your identification.

Reflecting our commitment to prevent misuse of your personal information, we make our privacy policy publicly available on this site. We also advance these policies to any third-party organization with which we choose to work on various projects.

Our organization's commitment to privacy
Like many Web sites, the B East, LLC reserves the right to use "cookie" technology. The cookies we use do not reveal any personal information about you. Cookies help us understand which parts of our Web sites are the most popular, where our visitors are going and how long they spend there. We use cookies to study traffic patterns on our site so we can make the site even better.

B East, LLC does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information. B East, LLC ‘sWeb site may contain links to other sites. B East, LLC does not share your personal information with those Web sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.

If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via e-mail using the most recent information we have. waiver

By signing up for and/or attending indoor/outdoor cycling and other indoor/outdoor exercise classes, activities, charity events and happenings at B East, LLC, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers related to and involved with indoor/outdoor cycling and any/all other exercise classes & activities offered by and relating to B East, LLC. It is agreed and understood that there is a danger of injury when using indoor/outdoor cycling equipment as well as all other exercise equipment offered by B East, LLC. 

In consideration of being allowed to participate in and having access to all classes and facilities provided by B East, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby agree to:
(1) assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities,
(2) waive, release and forever release and discharge, B East’s officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the classes and facilities, and
(3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending classes and/or using the facilities at B East,
(4) you further agree to avoid and will not participate in any activity on the premises or that is in any way associated with B East that has any possibility of putting you in any physical or medical danger.
(5) by signing up and/or attending any class, activities, charity events or programs, you are confirming that you have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.

B East, LLC hereby advises individuals with chronic disabilities or conditions that they may be at risk when attending any classes and/or using our facilities, and are therefore advised against doing so. B East LLC also advised that if, in the opinion of a B East staff member, you may be at physical risk or you may cause physical risk to others by attending any class or activity or by using facilities belonging to B East, LLC, we reserve the right to prevent you from participating in this activity or class and where neccessary from entering B East’s facilities.
